Welcome to a community of busy Most of my clients come to me because they people with very busy schedules; They are looking for structure and solution to fit fitness into their lifestyle. I coach busy people from all walks of life, such as executives working in corporate, sitting down in front of a computer screen all day and without structure in their lifestyle. I also work with busy parents at 9-5 or sometimes 5-5  in an office to, and parents with because I've been there before and so have my coaching clients.

We live in a society where being busy all the time & working hard has become the norm. BUT let's be real; there is nothing wrong with hard work as anything that is worthwhile requires dedication.

 

The problem is when sleeping less and feeling tired most of the time becomes the new normal. That's why you won't have to worry about

How Busy & Fit Works 

Fill out a quick application form and you will be sent an email to schedule a 15-20min phone call. I prefer speaking to each person and hear their story to determine if Busy and Fit is right for you. 

Once we have discussed your goals and schedule in more in-depth detail, you will be emailed a login to my trainer app where you'll have access to a personalized training program based on your time, needs, and level of fitness.

Forget falling on an internet rabbit hole to stumble upon thousands of answers that don't address your personal fitness concerns. As your coach, you will have access to me via the direct message feature of the app and we will have weekly to bi-weekly coaching calls based on your training plan.

Take your personalized workouts, nutrition habits, and personal coaching wherever you go. You can access your plan from your smartphone or computer.

1. Who is busy and fit for? 

​

Busy and Fit is for those who have very busy life, understand the importance of being physically and mentally fit, and are ready make a change by taking control back of their health. 

2. How is Busy and Fit online training better than in-person training?

 

Having an in-person trainer can cost you from $50-$160+ per hour depending on factors such as experience, location, and gym overhead cost. This makes the cost of 1-1 training $1000+ per month depending on how frequently you are meeting with your coach. Busy and Fit Online training is a more cost-efficient solution for those who seek a coach with a level of experience and knowledge while saving thousands of dollars. Depending on the areas you need help with you can join Busy and Fit for $99-$299 per month. 

3. How do I know if I am doing the exercise correctly?

As your coach, I will support you every step of the way. I will text you often via the 24/7 messaging chat within the app and respond in real-time as have questions. We will also have check-in coaching calls where we can address challenges you could be having with exercise technique and your training program. 

4. What if I don't have any equipment?

 

Don't have any equipment at all? No problem, I will make changes to your training plan considering the equipment or lack of equipment you may have available. I coach plenty of people that don't have access to a gym, constantly travel or enjoy working out outdoors. So I will design a custom program that meets you where you are and considers your specific situation.

5. I have previous injuries, can you still coach me?

 

Most of the time, I do train people that have previous injuries. I am a certified trainer and have experience working with people who had different injuries. Depending on your particular case and past injuries, I will create a program that considers any limitations and keeps you safe from injury. 

6. How does busy and fit work when I am traveling?

​

I will create a workout plan that only requires exactly what you have available. If you have nothing at all, I can create a bodyweight workout that doesn't require any equipment. Or If you bring resistance bands while traveling, I can also create workouts based on that. 

7. I have a very busy schedule with work and family, do I have to make a type of commitment?

 

Your training program is meant to fit into your busy schedule, taking a lot off that weight of your back. Most of my coaching clients work full-time jobs while still making time for family and being social. I will create a training program that is realistic for you and can make changes during the week to accommodate your busy life. The majority of my coaching clients exercise 2-4 times per week depending on their schedules and custom program. 

7. I like to be held accountable as it helps me stay consistent, is there any accountability with online training?

​

Any time you complete a workout I will be notified through my private training app. You will be also sent reminders during the day if you haven't completed your workout. When it comes to nutrition, every day you will have habits to work on and there is definitely some continuous commitment to make small nutritional changes that add up to big habit changes in the long term. Through my training app, I am able to see when you complete your habit for the day and hold you accountable to make sure you prioritize your fitness goals.  You will also have the option to connect your Fitbit or Apple Watch to the app and from there I can keep track of how many calories you burn or how active you are.

8. What is busy and fit cancellation policy?

 

My clients can cancel at any time, without long-term contracts. However, most of my clients see the best results when they commit for the long term, staying from 10-12 months.
